Warranty and Product Registration Information

LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY

Each product is warranted, to the original consumer, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Since different models are covered for varying amounts of time, please refer to your owner’s manual for the warranty coverage timeframe. For purposes of this warranty, the "original consumer" is defined as the consumer who purchases the product directly or the purchaser who first uses the product after its initial installation by a reputable installer or OEM. Professional Mariner,LLC (ProMariner) will at its discretion, repair any defects in material or workmanship or replace the product free of charge.

The following conditions apply:

  • Proof of purchase or Manufacture date will be used to determine warranty timeframe
  • Warranty void if unauthorized repairs attempted
  • Deep water damage not covered under warranty
  • Customer is responsible for shipping to ProMariner

Purchase or other acceptance of the product shall be on the condition and agreement that ProMariner SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.) This warranty is made in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of ProMariner. ProMariner neither assumes nor authorizes any person for any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

To make a claim under warranty, please visit the "Warranty Claim ­ Product Return Instructions (RMA)" tab and follow the instructions. If found to be a warrantable issue, Promariner will return the repaired or ship a replaced product, freight paid, to the customer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of all others expressed or implied.

Register Online

To register your ProMariner product online please open, complete and submit the "Online Product Registration" form. Be sure to have your product serial number on-hand as it is required for completion of the form.

Register Manually

To register your ProMariner product manually, please print the downloadable form, fill it out, and mail the form to the address below. Be sure to have your product serial number on-hand as it is required for completion of the form.

 v   Warranty Claim - Product Return Instructions (RMA)

Warranty Return Procedure

  • First contact a ProMariner technical services representative for technical assistance. If basic troubleshooting efforts do not resolve the issue, please continue the return procedure by clicking on the "Product Return" link below.
  • Click the link pertaining to the product you are returning and complete the form. When completed, click the "Submit Return Information" button
  • A RMA number will be sent to you via email in approximately 1 business day. This RMA number will be the reference number for all communication going forward.
  • Ship the product to ProMariner with the following information;

    • Copy of the email with the RMA number
    • Copy of the proof of purchase

Note:

  • Freight costs: The customer is responsible for any transportation costs to ProMariner.
  • The RMA is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance. The product must be returned to ProMariner within the 45 days or the RMA may be cancelled.
  • Any product returned without any reference to the RMA number will be returned to the customer.
